The Lemosho Route is a beautiful and less crowded route to the summit of Kilimanjaro. It offers stunning views, diverse landscapes, and a high success rate due to its longer acclimatization period.
Day 1: Arrival in Moshi or Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha. Meet your guide for a briefing on the climb, equipment check, and final preparations. Enjoy dinner and rest in anticipation of the trek.
Day 2: Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa Camp
Drive to Londorossi Gate (2,250m) for registration. Begin the trek through the rainforest, encountering various wildlife. Arrive at Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,820m) for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira 1 Camp

Day 5: Shira 2 Camp to Barranco Camp via Lava Tower

Day 6: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp
Climb the Great Barranco Wall, then traverse the Karanga Valley. Arrive at Karanga Camp (4,035m) for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp

Day 8: Barafu Camp to Summit to Mweka Camp
